Where to stay in Samana Penisula in Feb.

Debating 3 hotels in 3 different locations on the Penisula. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hotel Alisei (Las Terrenas)

Vista Mare (Samana)

Villa Serene (Las Galeras)

Am leaning toward Vista Mare but am a bit concerned it may be too secluded. Any advice would be appreicated.
