Where to Stay in Puerto Rico

Jump to last reply

My friends and I are visiting PR for the first time for a long weekend. We would like to stay in a place that has a nice beach, a place for us to relax, have drinks and enjoy. We have narrowed down to the Water Club and Marriot - Courtyard. We want to be close to all - walk to places as well as cab ride to Old San Juan.

We are 4 and one thing on the Water Club is I wonder if the rooms may be a little small for 4. I also saw posts about the lighting and small pool. We want to spend time at the beach, pool and have drinks. The Water Club has a nice small boutique feel, while the Marriot has more of a resort feel with the great pool and outdoor places to eat / drink.

Any advice would be great appreciated.

Many thanks.
