Where to stay in Little Cayman?

Grandparents taking two granddaughters ages 18 and 6 who all want to snorkel. I have narrowed it down to Little Cayman Beach Resort or Paradise Villas Resort. We will be traveling in June 2013. All we care about is snorkeling,beach,relaxing and exploring. Does anyone have a recommendation? Thanks
