Where to go for honeymoon?

Hi-
My fiance and I will be honeymooning in June 2001. We are trying to decide between Grand Cayman Island (stay at the Hyatt or Westin), Sandals St. Lucia, or Sandals Antigua. We want sun, nice beaches, blue water, and relaxation. If you have any experience with any of these locations I would really appreciate the feedback. Which location gives you the most bang for your buck?
