Where to book for Ladera?

Well, my wife and I have decided to goto St. Lucia and stay at Ladera this year.

Anyone know where a good place to book our reservations and get a good deal? I have looked at their web site but was hoping for an alternative site to save some money.

Thanks!

Lucky you! - Ladera is on my list of "To Do's".

Try Luxurylink.com, while I haven't used them they do occasionally have good package deals to Ladera.

type Luxury Link in the 'search this forum box' above and you will get more information from posters who have used this website.

have fun

Hi

I spent my honeymoon at Ladera (be still my heart!!!) It was the most romantic place I have ever seen. We have a great trip report and pictures. Just email me at [email protected] and I can give you the link.

Speedbump.
We're heading to Ladera for 7 nights at the very end of November/early Dec. I booked it on Luxury Link and paid about $1,600 in an auction...It includes all taxes and 7 nights in a Deluxe one bedroom including breakfast daily, one dinner and wine with any additional meals...I think it's described as their romance package on their website.

It's definately a great deal but I'm not sure if Ladera is still on the auction.

I've used Luxury Link for lots of trips and it is reliable BUT and it's a big BUT you need to check availability prior to bidding.

Ladera is VERY heavily booked. I had hoped to go in May and was disappointed to find they were fully booked till August!

Hope this helps!

We were in St. Lucia in April. Our favorite part of the trip was our stay at Ladera. We also stayed at Ti Kaye, which was wonderful (if you would like to be by the water, underpriced for what you get). Jalouise was amazing, but a bit pricey. We did not like Anse Chastanet, and, felt it need updating. To book a room a Ladera we found a great deal on Expedia.com. Just type in Ladera under hotel search. Enjoy your trip.

Thanks for all the replys. I really like that Luxlink site. Great find. However, it seems that there are no actions for Ladera at this time.

That $1600 for 7 nights is a great deal! I will keep an eye out. As of now, they have rooms. My wife and I travel to the Carb. in Nov. every year to get the lowest prices.

That Jalouise looks nice also.

Glad it was a help but watch out Luxury Link is a dangerous addiction...lets just say our "great deal" was an impulse buy!

So far Luxury Link has "lured" us to Savannah, Prague, Venice, the Luxury Collection's Haciendas in the Yucatan and now Ladera. We recently came back from Thailand only to disciver that the hotel we stayed at had appeared on LL while we were away!

I would suggest that you find a Virtuoso travel agent because Ladera is a Virtuoso property. If you book with a Virtuoso agent, you will get some perks for the same price. When I went, we got a free rainforest tour and an upgrade. Upgrades are based on availablity but are a definite possiblity. Another suggestion I would make is that you book the romance package. If you look on the Ladera website, the romance package is at no additional cost and you get a free bottle of wine with each dinner you eat at their restaurant and a momento gift. This was a great deal because we ate all our dinners there!
