hi, on grand turk i would either choose a beach and go snorkeling or find a taxi and ask him to give you an island tour.
on st. thomas you can do a lot of duty free shopping (plus the locals market section on the edge of the shopping district). or take a snorkel trip - there's a catamaran called castaway girl that leaves from havensight where the ship docks. another alternative is to taxi over to coki beach and next door coral world: http://www.coralworldvi.com/coki-beach.shtml
