What island and what resort?

What are the best islands and resort on that island. I want the kind of open aired tempataion island feel in a resort. It also needs to have a good nighlife/nightclub environment. I will be traveleing with my girlfriend and we are both in our mid 20's. Price is not an issue? Thanks for the replies.
