We've only got about 4 hours in San Juan (about 3pm-7pm) off our boat. Can anyone advise what is the best thing(s) to do in that short a time?
What is best in San Juan?

We are also on a cruise arriving in SJ in the late afternoon. I would also appreciate any help on things to do. Have already been to the fort. But if you haven't been there, the fort stays open till 6 pm when ships are in dock. You can take a cab there, and an hour or so is plenty.
