What does the continental breakfast at CJ consist of?

Thinking of staying at CJ. I know continental breakfast in included, what exactly does the continental breakfast consist of?
Do you have a choice of what you would like to eat OR do they just bring you whatever they have?
Am curious because I don't know if it will be enough food for breakfast or if I should go with one of there plans that includes a full breakfast?
Hope to hear from someone soon!

Hi,

Breakfast consists of fresh fruit plate-generous portion, a big pot of coffee or tea a big basket of assorted warm baked goods (english muffins, bagels crossoints, muffins breads, jelly and cream cheese and juice. It was definately enough to eat for breakfast, it did get a little boring towards the end, but so what? You can also get a full breakfast at Georges or have it delivered to your room, for an addl fee. There is a supermarket not far from Cap where you can also get yourself some banannas and fruit (theres a mini frige in your room). My fav thing to do for breakfast is to have the coffee go for a swim then go to Tasty's for breakfast - the best!

I don't know how far or how much, we rented a car during our stay ($40-45 per day)it's cheaper than a cab and we loved the freedom of having it so we can go when and where we want. We did not have breakfast at Georges, I just know it is available. All the food at CJ is great, I'm positive it is wonderful, as breakfast is the pretty basic. Go to the website I'm sure there is a menu there.

A cab to Tasty's would be $17-18 each way. You can get a car at Carib for $215/week.
