Hi, I am possibly going to Puerto Rico for the 4th of July weekend.
I have never been there so I have no idea which city we should stay in.
We will be a party of 3 adults looking for a nice get away but also
wanting to learn and experience the culture.
Preferably very close to the beach.
Suggestions??
Thank you,
Vicki
What city should I stay in Puerto Rico?

Have fun,
Lookup the Gallery Inn in Old San Juan. Rated National Geographics one of the best, and we loved it. You don't need a car in OSJ, and give yourself a day there. You won't get a beach there but a great old town with Forts, a prominade, pigeon park, etc. PR has the worlds best coffee, get cafe con leche at any green coffee stand. Avoid the starbucks while you have this opportunity.
