Westin or Sheraton at our lucaya beach

Where should we stay?
Newly married couple in our early 30's. WE are looking for a relaxing atmostphere, with a nice beach, pool etc. Nice room. Nice view. Kids dont bother us. Is there a particular area or room that would be better...confused as to the Westin or Sheraton. Are the beaches swimmable? Any info would be great.
