Wedding/Honeymoon All In One...Looking for Helpful Advice

New to this so Everyone that replies Thanks in Advance...My Fiancé and I are looking at the Domician Republic for our Wedding/Honeymoon just the two of us. We are from small town Usa in Alabama and decided on this option because we would feel like we would have to invite everyone and stress level would be out the roof back home. So with that being said we are looking for an All-Inclusive Resort Adults Only where we can be or feel Romantic but also has some things we can do at night? I personally want a resort with a casino which she enjoys also and we love good restaurants and couple activities throughout the day. Snorkeling, beach activities, etc. Safety is always a concern just from not knowing what to expect to stay only on resort?? Or explore a little. Money is a small factor on desicion because this option is going to be a lot cheaper than what it would cost back home. We have a budget but think we should under it pretty easy. We want beautiful beaches mostly private or not very crowded so we can enjoy our time away and enjoy the island experience. Helpful responses on any of the topics will be greatly appreciated.
