Weather right now in St John?
Hello! I checked the weather forecast and it looks like there are scattered showers in St John right now and for the next 5 nights when we'll be there! I was wondering how bad these showers can get and whether they are just the typical tropical storms where they come and go??? thanks!!!

sfbayarea, don't worry too much. We were in STJ for 10 days in May and had about 5 days of rain...3 of which we rented movies and relaxed in our villa and read books. The rest of the time was fine for snorkling & exploring the island. The great prices are a trade off as low season is the rainy season in the Caribbean. Scattered showers are no big deal, although it is hot & humid and tropical there now.

thanks for your reply. i just got back and the weather was beautiful. we were lucky there weren't any rain showers while we were there. it was hot and humid but there was plenty of A/C in the westin where we stayed.
