Be careful before you pick this resort do your homework. My daughter was there and it was not a good trip. they started out by lying to her and changing things she agreed to. After her arrival she went down to get someone to take them for food. The person she asked said " the food run is tomorrow night". She was told she could eat at the resort bar, I guess they needed more money. She asked again, isn't there some way we can get food and water? She was told to wait there and he would look. She waited one hour then left to the bar to eat . She found out a little later for another staff member there was a food run every afternoon. Lie one.
She wanted to book one of there cruises and got another lie. She was told the trips are Tuesdays and Thursdays. As it was Tuesday, she booked the Thursday trip. She had all the information backing it up that it was Thursday. Well Wednesday morning, with about 45 minutes before sailing time, she gets a call your trip was changed and it' today and you have 30 minutes to get the taxi. This the gang thinking Thursday we trip day some went for a walk. They could not be reached. She asked what can be done and was told
'nothing, be there for the taxi or miss the trip. In panic I was called back in the sates and asked what she should do. I said call the desk and get someone working on an answer. She tried and the desk would not answer. I told her to go to the desk and see what's going on. When she got there there were two people sitting at the desk. She finally found someone that cared. She called security to track down the friends and rushed them to the cruise. What a joke. Customer service??? not at this place.
