Yes, my child. From the airport, turn right. Go 1/4 mile and you will see a chicken skull nailed to a tree. Turn left there, go through the woods, past the hen house, past the graveyard, until you see a small wooden shack on the right. Look for the flickering candle. I will be in that room. You must arrive exactly at midnight. Before midnight the curse will not work at all. After midnight it will turn to you!!! Visa and Mastercard accepted.

Is there anyone here who remembers how funny Fodor's was at times when people could post whatever they wanted to without recrimination (because there was no registration)?
Some of those old posts were really funny at times.

It is unfortunate that so many are disrespectful and uninformed of this Haitian tradition. I have never been to Haiti, but when I was in Brussels I had the opportunity to have a traditional Vodou (Voodoo) Tarot reading by a famous African guru named Dongo Remi. It was one of the most insightful experiences of my life, far more valuable than anything I have ever learned in the Christian church. But to each his own. The mysteries are not for everyone.
