We're tempted by the large number of very appealing villas on St. Bart's. Does anyone have any personal experiences to share? Ideally, we would hope for a recommendation of a specific villa or an area of the island (or suggestions of what areas to avoid).
We'd be there in the off-season (summer).
It will be me, my wife, and sons 12 and 16, so a 2-bedroom would work, but a 3-bdrm might be better for sibling harmony.
I was looking on the Wimco site, and it looks as though $3,000 gets a nice place w/ private pool. $4,000 gets a VERY nice place with a VERY nice pool.

Try villa SIB BAL its a 3 bedroom (2 large and one small) but all are seperate the owners live next door and are great peopople (Rosita and Jrean-Paul) Huge Gazebo great location to watch the ships come in to Gustavia If its summer 2002 they'll have a jacuzzi as well as a pool. We've stayed there the last 2 years and have booked for next year again. You get sun from early!!!! morning until sunset (Yes you watch the sun dissappear into the ocean) We've been going to SBH for 8 years and this villa has become home for us.
