Turks Where to STay Ocean Club or Ocean Club West
I would like to hear responses on Ocean Club or Ocean Club West. We (3 middle age females) are planning a trip in July to Turks . If there are any other suggestions we would love to hear them. Thanks

Ocean Club is nice, but a bit remote for our tastes.
We've stayed at Ocean Club West 3 years in a row and one of the reasons we liked it was that we could walk to several restaurants, the IGA, and some shopping. Also it was in a good position to walk tosome other resorts down the beach for lunch, drinks, etc.
If you click on my name and scroll down to trip reports, I have done them on all 3 of our trips.

Hi,
The resorts are very similar, but as people have said Ocean Club West is newer and closer to the action - more restaurants within walking distance, shops etc. Ocean Club East is smaller and more intimate, and it’s close to the golf course (walking distance) if that is your thing.
The resorts offer a shuttle between them though so even if you stay at Ocean Club East you can still get to the action without having to get a taxi. By car they are less than a 5 minute drive away from each other...
Also, if you want a great deal check out turksandcaicosreservations.com – I’ve booked with them before and they have some great offers and free stuff thrown in.
have fun!
