Turks & Caicos - no kids

Jump to last reply

Hi, we're thinking of going to the Caribbean in June, and would love to have a non-stop flight, so T&C seems to fit the bill. I've heard great things about T&C and it looks beautiful. One thing I'm concerned about, though, is how overrun with kids is it? We're a married couple with no children and I don't want to sound awful, but we simply don't want to go to an island that has lots of kids on vacation running around, screaming. For instance, when we went to St. Maarten, we stayed on the French side and it was way more our speed. The kids we did see were well behaved and it didn't feel like we were on a family vacation. When we ventured to the Dutch side, though, it felt like Disneyland. I'm sure you get my drift.

We also looked into Aruba in June (windy season), Martinique (looked and sounded great, but rainy season). How is T&C in mid-June, weather-wise? We mostly want to relax, unwind, have great food and enjoy the scenery. Anything anyone can suggest would be most helpful. Thanks!
