I will be travelling solo in Tobago in April, and do not plan to rent a car. What hotels/b&b's would you recommend that are nearby to the beach and restaurants? I was thinking about Castara Retreats and not sure if it's within walking distance to the village and nearby restaurants. Thanks, Anne

You might want to post your question there.
Castara is a small groups of accommodation/bars however a more usual area to stay would be crown point and although very close to the airport flights take off over the sea and there are not that many. There are plenty of accommodation options, bars and several restaurants. Tobago is usually very low key.
