Travel with Larger Family (6) to Bahamas

Hello! Our family of six (2 adults, 4 kids ages 10-16) are getting ready to travel to the Bahamas at the end of this week. We are staying at Atlantis in Coral Towers with two rooms. Six people at the more upscale hotels is quite expensive so we are going moderate and on a budget on this trip...If any of you have ever travelled there with a larger family I would love tips or suggestions. Specifically:

Getting from the airport to the hotel (cost? taxi? call ahead and reserve van?)

Ways to save $$ (have packed breakfast/snack foods)

Restaurants on property that are family friendly/seat 6 (we are not doing the meal plan, any idea how much $$ to budget/estimate for meals for 5 days? all girls, not huge eaters)

Best beach to hang out at without having a lot of people asking us to spend more $ on other things/activities and maybe a beach off property we could visit that was quiet/picturesque and just good for a relaxing day elsewhere.

We don't plan on spending extra money on activities...our kids will really be thrilled just to be at the pools and water park etc...We really appreciate any suggestions. Thank you!
