Tours from Mexico to Havana

Has anyone heard of Divermex Tours. I'm in the process of booking with them but they are unable to send me any plane ticket numbers for my flight. I will have to pick up all that information when I arrive at the airline counter in Cancun and pay for the reservation. I'm worried about be stranded after traveling all day to get to Cancun, where my next leg of the trip would be directly to Havana. The deposit they request is minimal so I'm not worried about that. Any insight, references or thoughts would be appreciated. I will only have a confimration number for my original request.
