Tobago Diving

My wife and I are going to Tobago on a Celebrity Cruise and are interested in diving.
Are there dive shops near the dock who will offer trips or do we need to reserve in advance?
Any experience with these shops or diving in Tobago in general?
We are both certified and experienced so courses are not an interests.
