Still trying to get our Caribbean get-away for February booked...Timothy's beach resort on ST. Kitts only has standard rooms left for our days (ocean view)...do you think those are okay, if you've stayed there?

Also trying to get rooms at Ottley's plantation inn. We're trying to split our time between the 2.

I'll never again wait til the last minute before booking, it is too stressful! Usually I plan well in advance.

It's also not easy flying from San Diego to Caribbean without having either a red-eye flight from San Diego, or having to leave the Caribbean at the crack of dawn.

Thanks for everyone who has advised me on previous ST. Kitts questions. I'm travelling with biolgist hubby and we want a romantic get-away for a week, but he wants interesting nature hikes to see native flora and fauna as well. We're trying to do 3 nights at Timothy's, 3 nights at Ottley's, with a stop to visit a cousin in Florida.

Thanks for any advice, especially if you have stayed in a standard room at Timothy's.
