Sunset Jamaica Grande in Ocho Rios Yes or No? HELP!

Found a supposedly GREAT deal on a website. to stay here at Sunset Jamaica Grande Resort. Anyone stay here recently? New ownership ok? Food? Location? Things to do?

Here's the deal 5 nights includes EVERYTHING, Flight, transfers, Food, Drinks, Taxes and tips for $745 per person in December from NY.

Should I take it or can I do better?

Any Help, comments, thoughts much appreciated.
