St.Kits/Nevis New Years EVE '99

We, 2 couples, are sailing/bareboat charter to St. Kitts & Nevis for the Millennium.

Where (on St.Kitts or Nevis) is the best celebration for New Years Eve '99. We want to make reservations now.

Note: The 4 seasons Nevis is only open to Hotel Guests. Happy New Years 2000. Ron
