St. Thomas personal chef for birthday

Can any recumbent a private / personal chef, cook?
I am traveling to St. Thomas for my 50th birthday third week in January with 7 friends.
Have rented a house in red hook.
Am seeking a nice diinner cooked for us at the house.
It will be my treat for my friends for coming to share my Bday with me, looking for reasonable price.

Any other ideas on where to go on the Bday, are appreciated, looking for fun music, good food, comfortable atmosphere , fun not fancy.
