We have traded our timeshare for a unit at the St. Christopher Club in October. Has anybody stayed there? We are also going to Nevis for 3 days. I am debating on staying at the Nisbet Plantation or Mount Nevis Hotel. Any recommendations on which I should chose?

Hi, Lois. When we visited Nevis we stayed at Mt. Nevis because we won a great package on LuxuryLink. It was a veyr comfortable place with wonderful views over the gardens and sea to St. Kitts. The staff was very kind and the food was very good there. The location was ideally located, in my opinion--a short drive to Nisbet or to Pinney's Beach. Our room was clean, spacious (had full kitchen, etc), and recently renovated so everything was in excellent condition. As comfortable as it was, however, it didn't have that island feel that we love. In the future, we would choose one of the plantation inns over Mt. Nevis.

Both Nisbet & Mt. Nevis are lovely properties. Nisbet has more of a Caribbean feel to it.
