St. John Villa Help
Hey all you experts-
Taking a trip to St. J in early June. Looking for the perfect villa for 2 couples.
Anyone have any gems they want to share with a landlocked Texan?
I've waited so long now, most of the waterfronts are gone.
This will be our 5th trip, so we are familiar with the island.
No coral bay please, and i think chocolate hole has construction.
Must have a pool and A/c in bedrooms.
Our budget maxes out at 3K for a long week.

Hubby and I rented a 2 bedroom villa in Point Rendezvous in November, 2009.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the villa Miles Away. This villa was upscale, beautiful, up to date, wonderful furnishings, very, very clean. Wonderful pool. The owners are constantly repainting and updating. Very quiet neighborhood with beautiful views.
The bedrooms are more updated and prettier than what it shows in the pictures on the website.

Both are in a great location, just past the Westin, and meet your needs. They are near Chocolate Hole but we just stayed there and the construction is moot point IMHO. June is great time of year to visit St. John.
