Go to Eden Rock if you want to stay at a full service larger resort with all the amenities and trapping you'd expect. Go to Isle de France if you prefer the intimacy of a small "boutique" hotel. Both are great places - just a different "feel".
Sorry, never stayed at Le Sereno so I can't comment.
Eden Roc definitely
Only issue with Eden Roc is that it's on St. Jean Beach which is the buziest and most family oriented.
I'd pick Isle de France on gorgeous Flamands Beach, the widest on the island.
Better yet I'd stay in a private villa for more privacy and just walk down to the hotel...that's what we do. We love the spa and restaurant there.
