Small Luxury Hotels of the World

Question - Does being in the Small Luxury Hotels of the World Book really mean the
hotel is worthy of being there? We did stay
at the Grace Bay Club and I would consider
that to be worthy of the title. I am wondering if Failo in St Barths would be
on the same scale as Grace Bay?
