Seashells Holiday Apartments OR Sweet Mango Apartments?

I'm hoping to take the family to Bequia for the Christmas holidays this year (2006).The family consists of myself, my wife, and two young adult daughters (ages 21 and 24).

Does anyone know about the quality, convenience, value, etc of these two apartments: Seashells Holiday Apartments & Sweet Mango Apartments?

There is precious little available about them on the internet, and neither appears to have a descriptive website.

Other suggestions also welcome (apartment rental, villa rental, etc.).

Personally, I would choose a property in the Mt. Pleasant / Friendship Bay areas BUT I think it will be best if we stay in the Port Elizabeth / Lower Bay area so my daughters have easy (walking) access to the restaurants and bars in town.

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can offer
