My husband and I stayed there two years ago with some friends. They had a condo-style accommodation but we just had a room. It's a nice resort. There's not much on the island other than the Marriott. There are two restaurants right at the resort and a beach bar/grill at the beach on the other side of the island. You can get a shuttle ride to the north side beach.
There's a free, regularly scheduled ferry service to Trellis Bay on Tortola. There are a few casual restaurants at Trellis and you can also use the ferry to get to Pusser's Marina Cay. There are a couple of other Pusser's restaurants on Tortola and they are also known for their rum and rum cake.

Yes, the ferry does run at night but I'm not sure how late. We happened to be there for the Full Moon Party at Trellis Bay and that's what we did one night. Another night we went to Pusser's and the other 3 nights we ate at the resort. One of the nights was a beach BBQ at the beach grill on the North Side. We didn't rent a car on Tortola. We've stayed on Tortola a couple of times and we didn't really need to explore or hit up the restaurants on this trip.
If you can't find the ferry schedule on the resort's web site you can send them a message asking about it. We had a couple of questions before arriving and they were very responsive.

Here's the Scrub Island ferry service. The last ferry from Trellis Bay, Tortola to Scrub Island is at 10:45. I believe they run later during the Full Moon Party.

Is there a seperate ferry to Pusser's Cay? I noticed in Trellis Bay there were only 2 restaraunts. Are there taxis to take you to different restaraunts around the island? Does Scrub Island have any grocery stores or liquor stores? If not would you go to Tortola for groceries and liquor? Please advise.

Yes, I believe it is a separate ferry for Pusser's. Our friends made our dinner reservations and the person at Pusser's told us what time to be on the Scrub Island dock. I think they might send the shuttle when someone needs it.
We only went to Trellis Bay for the full moon party and there were a lot of food vendors there that night. Maybe they are just there for the party. I really don't know. We didn't need a taxi at Trellis Bay but I imagine some should be available especially since the airport is close. You can check with the front desk at Scrub. They are very knowledgeable and I'm sure they can arrange for a taxi to meet you at the dock if you want. They can also recommend other restaurants on Tortola. I think there are a couple of good restaurants in Road Town. We always stay in the West End so I'm more familiar with that area.
There is a small grocery store at the marina on Scrub Island. They had a small selection of wine, beer, liquor and mixers. They also have a deli where you could get a fresh baguette in the morning if you got there before they sold out. We stayed on St. Thomas the week before we went to Scrub and we rented a private boat for the day and to take us to Scrub. We went through immigration on the West End of Tortola and there are some shops at the marina. The grocery store there is a pretty good size with a nicely stocked deli where we picked up cheeses and some wine. We weren't sure how stocked the store would be at the marina on Scrub and we wanted to be sure to have a few provisions.
