We have an opportunity to go to any Sandals in March. Trying to decide between Whitehouse and Royal Plantation (maybe Royal Caribben). We are not pool people and enjoy swimming in the ocean. Don't want to socialize, trying to relax after 2 small kids at home. I have done some homework, and know that SRP has very small beach, SWH has seaweeds etc. Need help!!

I'm just not sure this is a good choice for you if you want to just get away and relax on the beach. Sandals is a fairly social place. I think you could make a better choice. I think Sandals Royal Caribbean has a nice beach, but perhaps you should look at Sandals Negril. Sandals Whitehouse is pretty isolated and hard to reach; Sandals Royal Plantation has a narrow beach and is atypical among the resorts for its size. But while the beach is small, the resort is also pretty small. Of the two resorts you've mentioned, I think it's the best suited for you. It's quieter than other Sandals resorts.
Does it absolutely have to be in Jamaica? Take a look at the Sandals Emerald Bay on Eleuthra, which has an excellent beach (though the water can still be cool in March).
Thank you very much! I was thinking about Emerald Bay but weather is very windy there..
There are a few other posters with much more Sandals experience than I have. I've visited most of the resorts but have never stayed at one. So perhaps you'll get a bit more feedback about the various Jamaica Sandals. Hold out for a couple of days, and we'll bring this back to the top if necessary.
If you don't want to socialize I would not recommend that kind of resort. Just go on your own somewhere. There are lots of nice places on the beach in Negril, smaller independent hotels where you would have privacy and do things at your own choosing. The entire idea of the Sandals type places is about other people being around, activities, etc.
Hmm...if it's windy in the bahamas, how bout Sandals Grande Antigua, Dickenson beach is beautiful and long!....or Sandals just bought La Source on the beautiful and friendly island of Grenada!
La Source is now closed and won't be re-opening for many months or even a year, so that's not really an option.
