Mark - I believe that Winair (most reliable) and Air Guadeloupe both fly to St. Barth from San Juan. Air Guadeloupe doesn't have the best reputation as far as cancellations. Your other choice would be to fly to St. Martin and then take the ten minute flight from there to St. B, which is what most seem to do. It takes around an hour to fly from San Juan to St. B or St. Martin.
As of November 15, no airline flies direct from San Juan to St. Barths, only private planes which can be chartered for a ridiculous cost. The best way to fly is San Juan to St. Martin, then transfer to Winnair for the 10 minute flight to St. Barths. Remember nothing lands in St. Barths after dark. Last flight from St. Martin is around 5:30 during winter.
