Saint Lucia, San Juan & St. Vincent tips?

Hey there, my fiance & I are looking at doing a two-week island-hopping vacation in the Caribbean for our honeymoon. We're planning on flying into San Juan for a day or two, flying to St. Lucia for about a week, then St. Vincent for the rest of the time. Does anyone have any tips, advice, or any general ideas on good restaurants, good hotels, etc.?
