romora bay--Tweedy?

What are the grounds like at Romora Bay? How do they compare to Pink Sands? Are there "bicycles" for 3 on Harbour Island? Thanks!

We stayed in Harbour Island 2 years ago. Checked out all the hotels on the small island. If your choosing between Pink Sands or Romora Bay. Pink Sands, hands down. We stayed next door at the Coral Sands which we liked. It's on the exact same beach and a lot less expensive. We stayed in their brand new building and had a beautiful large room

Pink Sands has separate cottages. We went there for a drink and found it a little FU FU for our tastes. Again it's right on the beach.

Tweedy may not respond. She was cyber-stalked by some creep on this board, who published all her personal information, and sent her emails with viruses. She warned all of us, then disappeared. Perhaps if you re-post without naming her, she may anonymously respond.

Grew up on Harbour Island, but haven't been back in a while.

Romora Bay and Pink Sands are both very nice. Romora got a new owner a few years back and had a lot of rennovation to the grounds and villas. The grounds are very nice, and the resort is smaller than Pink Sands. There are also 2 McCaws to say hello as you walk past. Romora is a bit more intimate and is on the bay side of the island with a beautiful view in the evenings of Eleuthera, with the sun setting.

Pink Sands is a bit more upscale and more expensive. The villas are more spread out but the grounds are beautiful, and it is right on the beach. There is an excellent restaurant and beach bar on site.

There there are bicycles to rent, but never seen a 2 seater. Lots of hills on the island, don't think a 2 seater would work.

Pink Sands is
