Hi,
We will be in Nevis for a week and are trying to decide what restaurants to experience. We will be going to Oualie Beach (where we are staying), and Hermitage Inn one night for dinner. Has anyone been to Muriel's, Miss June's or the cooperage? How about Eddy's or Tequila Sheila's? We love West Indian food and sea food.
Thank you!

Hey Lisa!!
Just curious when you are going? My family and I are going in late March and I'm trying to learn about the restaurants as well. FYI..Ive heard terrific things about Ms. June's. I'm considering it a must for at least my wife and I. Good luck!!
Paul
Hi Lisa,
We always eat breakfast at Oualie Beach when we go to Nevis, so I can't say anything about dinners. I just know their breakfasts are good.
I have eaten at Eddys, just lunch, I believe I had a flying fish sandwich with coleslaw, and it was very tasty. Eddy is married to Sheila, of Tequila Sheila's. They are very nice people to visit with (and make a fabulous rum punch!). I believe Wed night is THE night to go to Eddy's for happy hour and steel band music.
However, my favorite place to eat is Sunshines Bar and Grill. It is on the beach right off the Four Seasons. When you first walk up to the shack, you will think, "Do I really want to eat here?" I promise you do! We always have gone early in the day so we could get fresh grilled lobster. Sunshine always makes us up a special platter that includes grilled fish and shrimp as well. I have yet to go there at night, but I understand they have some bonfires that are a lot of fun.
If you have other questions, feel free to email me direct.
Erica
