Looking to book a trip to Cuba for April 2007. There will be 4 adults. We prefer an adult resort. (Nothing extreme like Hedonism or anything). Can anyone recommend a resort and why?

My daugther (age 22) stayed at the Sandals Princesa Del Mar Resort & Spa in Varadaro this past April. She is not really a party-person - she and her boyfriend just went for some R&R. She said she is now spoiled - it was excellent!- the food and the service. My husband and I have already booked the sister resort, Sandals Royal Hicacos Resort & Spa, for March Break. It has even better rating according to Trip Advisor. Both are adult only and sound great.
The last we stayed in Cuba we were at the Melia Guillermo. It was fantastic and I see now that it has become adults only. The food was great and the staff friendly and energetic. Service was exceptional.
