RAIN in Aruba this week??

Help! Just checked the weather forecast, and they're calling for showers every day this week in Aruba...and I'm getting married on the beach on Tuesday!! Is anyone there now, or does anyone have any insights (hey, do we have any meteorologists on the board??)? I thought this was the super-dry season!

I am not a weather forecaster, but I did go to Aruba around this time. It also called for rain everyday. Did it rain, no. However it was what I would classify as mostly cloudy to partly cloudy the whole stay. It was warm, and windy. I had a great time and tanned beautifully. If it was clear I think that I would've burned to a crisp. I was also worried that it would rain. I shouldn't have worried myself so much. I guess the only differece was it just was not as sunny as other months.

almost every island predicts a 20-50 percent chance of rain almost every day of the year. it almost never actually rains. if it does there is a shower that lasts just a few minutes. i realize that was alot of almosts but really - don't worry. beach weddings go on constantly all over the carib. your day will be beautiful - congratulations !!

ScoutPro,
Relax, I was there in November when they were having alot of rain. Roads flooded. However, it rolls in and rolls out...you can't be more than 15-20 minutes waiting on a particular rain shower to pass. Have a great time and congrats.

Don't woory, we went in Sept 2004 & had same type of forecast. No rain when we were there except one night when we were sleeping. Don't stress- you can't control the weather anyway. Enjoy your nuptuals.
