Questions about Hawksbill Resort - Leaving in 2 days

I have heard that there is a dress code at dinner time.
Is it true that men cannot wear sandals as I read that in somebody's post?
For Antigua - do I need a long sleeve shirt in the evening because of coolness?
At Hawksbill has anyone been successful using their internet connection for either email or voice over interenet to the U.S. and if so what were the charges?
Thanks for any quick help you can give me.
