Punta Cana Princess - how do I book the "right" resort?

There are at least two resorts with this name.

Punta Cana Princess All Suites Resort & Spa Playas de Bavaro, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and
Bavaro Princess All Suites Resort & Spa Playa Bavaro, Higuey, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

I want the first one I listed. The only difference I see is the "Higuey" How do I ensure that I book the one I want? (sorry this is probably such a "green" question. I don't travel as often as I'd like).

Dear Lacey. I am from the DR. but reside upstate NY. this particular resort has two sections. one adults only and other one for families. I have stay at Bahia Principe and the Majestic. they are both beautiful places. also there is Dreams resort. give them a try. the DR is a beautiful place but also make sure to go out of resort area to experience the dominican people. they are poor but good hearted in soul. have a great time.

Also Higuey is the Main Town in the Area of the DR. Bavaro, Cabeza de toro, punta cana is the name of the coastal area of Higuey, miles and miles of white sand beaches....
