Punta Cana - Paradisus

Paradisus Punta Cana - Has anyone stayed at the Paradisus resort in Punta Cana? Does the staff speak English? I was wondering about the quality of the food. Is the resort luxurious...and do they have several restaurants? We like beautiful beach and clear water, GOOD FOOD....and relaxing amongst beautiful surroundings. Also considering Costa Rica.
