Puerto Plata v. Punta Cana v. La Romana
I have heard mixed reviews about Puerto Plata, great reviews about Punta Cana and nothing about La Romana. I would like to go to Punta Cana because I hear the beaches are beautiful but my boyfriend wants to go to Puerto Plata, apparently there is better diving in that area. So, does anyone know where we could get the white sand beaches AND great diving in one place, in the Dominican. We have chosen Dominican because it seems to be the cheapest place to go.
