Looking to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday with our extended family at an all-inclusive Caribbean child-friendly resort. Good, swim-able beach is very important.
Children's ages range from 1-10.
Thanks for letting me know your favorite in this category.

AIs come in all different price ranges. What is your per person price you're willing to spend here? And what time of year will you be traveling? How long will you want to be away? And from where will you be traveling? All the same city of origin? Or will your family be coming from different gateway cities?

Iberostar Paraiso Lindo or Barcelo Maya Palace are both sensational all inclusives and they have wonderful pools, waterparks, lazy river, wave pool, which are especially fun for kids. Barcelo's beach is a little more kid friendly and it is closer to Xcaret and the ruins. Both would be a great place for a family reunion/celebration. Look at pictures and read reviews on Trip Advisor.

Thanks for the info!
To ejcrowe - I am looking to spend 6 nights during July, 2009. Most will be coming from JFK in NY, but one family will be coming from Orlando. There is no $ limit if the place works for us.
Thanks.
