planning a long weekend for Feb/March

We are beginning to think about a long weekend break (without the kids) during the late Winter. We have recently been to San Juan, Aruba and St. Martin and we liked all of them for different reasons. San Juan has many positives for us for a long weekend visit since there are many relatively cheap, non stop flights from NYC and the hotels are close to the airport. This allows us to maximize beach/fun time which is appealing. We like to spend some time in the casino as well and SJ has some fun nightlife. We loved St. martin for the wonderful restaurants in Grand Case and that is a consideration for this trip. However, it would be nice to try something else and some ideas that have come up are St. Kitts, Antigua and St. Lucia. We are open to other suggestions but not considering Mexico the Bahamas or T&C for this trip.

Wish list:
1)Hotel under $350 per night
2)Nice beach with swimmable water- a pool is nice but not required.
3) Good restaurants in walking distance or an easy cab ride away
4) Casinos are a plus but at least some kind of nightlife is preferred (e.g. bars with music, dancing, etc- we are not early to bed people while on vacation).
5) Must be a non-stop flight from NYC.

Any suggestions and ideas appreciated!
