My daughter will be in Cuba for four months
and we purchased an ATT direct dialing plan but were told she can't use it because you can't dial direct from Cuba now but we can call her direct. Does anyone know the cheapest way for her to call us from Cuba? Thanks.

I've been in Cuba twice and the best way is to buy calling cards on place. It depends where she goes. It is quite expensive to call from and to Cuba. The calling card are less expensive though. Also, the connections were very bad. It took me sometimes up to 25 min before I could get a connection.
our experience regardilng calling to and from cuba was that it was almost impossible to get a call through from the us to cuba, but very easy to call the us. that was just our experience. wonderful country!
