Palm Terrace Villas: Anyone Stayed There?

Has anyone stayed at or heard about Palm Terrace Villas (10 min walk to Cruz Bay)? We have stayed at Lavender Hill and Gallows Point. Wanted to try something different. Came across this but I'm suspicious it's in a bad location (possibly near the water treatment plant). The condos look absolutely beautiful but the price is low compared to other top-notch condos. Anyone have first-hand knowledge? Thanks in advance.
