I know for a fact the Ochio Rios is a port for cruise liners and Negril will have crowded beaches, but are there any other PRO's And CON's on the Two. I will be staying in a All inclusive.

The beach in Negril is beautiful and you can enjoy
live reggae on the beach almost every night. Once
you've checked into your hotel, you might not need
to get into a car again during your whole stay.
Ocho Rios offers more shopping and local sight
seeing. The rainforest is just stunning. However,
you can't walk for miles on the beach there, and
will probably need a taxi to get around.
If you're staying at an all-inclusive I would definitely recommend Negril. The beach is far superior and the whole atmosphere is much more relaxed and tropical. A long drive from the airport but once your there that's it. If you want to go to Ochio Rios you can probably take a day bus trip in to go to the Falls, shop, etc.
I have been to both Ocho Rios and Negril. I have gone to Negril a few times in high season and never had a crowded beach. The beaches in Negril are large and clean. The Ocho Rios side has skimpy, rocky beaches (actually strips of sand). Snorkeling is slightly better on the Negril side (but not great). The reefs on the Ocho Rios side were destroyed in a hurricane a few years back. Crime in Ocho Rios against tourists is more frequent, according to the US State Dept. This is probably due to the cruise ships. Ocho Rios is a slightly farther drive than Negril, although you can take a 15-minute flight to Negril from Mo Bay if you want. Better shopping in Ocho Rios (jewelery, etc.). There are lot of touristy things to do in both places.
If beaches are important to you, go with Negril.
