The Occidental is an AI chain resort. It's sits in the middle of hotels lined up on Palm Beach. There are several resturants and bar across the street and beach side. There is a shopping complex down the street across from the Holiday Inn.
We played at the casino at the Holiday Inn. We are Las Vegas veterans so did not like the casinos in Aruba compared to Las Vegas. It's OK if you are into to slots. DH couldn't find a VP machine he liked and I played Roulette. The dealer(s) kept changing the rules.
I'm somewhat familar with an Aqua Scooter. It's a submergable motor bike that is used underwater with a sea trek helmet in order to breathe. I have been too chicken to do it as I'm afriad I would wreck into in to the side of a coral reef or something. It looks like this: http://www.bossusvi.com/
