Nevis trip report, March 2006

Jump to last reply

We returned last Friday from a week in Nevis. It was the first time we had stayed on the island, though we had taken day trips from St. Kitts a couple of times over the years.

We had a wonderful week staying at the Hermitage (www.hermitagenevis.com). It is a beautiful inn, with a real welcoming, homey atmosphere. Ate most of our meals there, and the breakfasts and dinners are excellent.

There is always a choice of entrees, and included fish, meat, chicken, and pasta.

We spent time at Lover's Beach, Oualie Beach, and Nisbet Beach, having good beach lunches at both Oualie and Nisbet.

The highlight of the trip was a half-day sail and snorkeling trip on the Star with Irene and Steve (www.starmonkeys.com).

My full report can be found at http://tinyurl.com/os8k8, which is on the myeyez.net St. Kitts/Nevis forum.
